At Savoir Faire Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at support@savoirfaire.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our olfactory quality control team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
